Due to rising fuel costs and other price increases the following rate changes will go into effect on Monday, May 5th 2008.

Summary of Revisions Made on 07-07-08:  Mileage Time & Travel Fee increased to .95 per mile.  Quarterly Web Hosting packages added.

I. Travel Time & Fuel Fees

A. All travel/trip fees will now incur a per mileage fee of 95¢. This fee will be based on round trip mileage and will also compensate for time spent driving.

B. If the service call occurs at the end of my daily commute, then the mileage will be based from the point where my route changed direction and then doubled to make a round trip estimate.

C. All trips will be billed, including the following: Computer Problem Service Calls, Computer Pickup, Computer Delivery, Network Issues, Follow-Up Website Consultations or Discussions, etc.

D. One initial website consultation is available at no cost. (up to 20 miles).

E. The following alternatives are available to avoid paying the Travel/Fuel Fees:

1. Remote PC Support over the Internet (small fee plus time charges)

2. Website Consultations by phone or email (no cost for website discussions)

3. PC Support by Phone (billed based on time)

II. Web Hosting

A. The new web hosting rate is $38.85 per quarter.  Pay for one year in advance for $119.40 (that equals out to only $9.95 per month) and save $24.00 off the quarterly rate!

B. This fee covers technical support for your website and webmail. The following items are not covered under your web hosting technical support: Support that is caused from changes made by the website owner, third-party email software, mobile phone devices and updates to websites.

C. Excessive bandwidth or disk space usage may cause your rate to vary.

D. All customers that have prepaid for this year will not be affected by this rate change until their next renewal date.

E. If you choose not to renew web hosting at the new rate, and obtain hosting elsewhere all support will be billed by the hour. This would include transferring data, reinstalling any databases or software, configuring email accounts or any other issues.
