New Web Design Payment Policies Effective October 1, 2008

All new website designs will require a deposit of $175.00 upfront if they are hosted through UpstateSC.net. Customers with their own hosting will require a higher deposit.

Any website that is not hosted through UpstateSC.net will be required to pay an upfront deposit of $300.00 or 50% of the initial quote, whichever is higher.

Because it is our goal to finish all website in a timely manner, we kindly ask that you provide all needed material for your website (text, photos, etc) within 60 days. Any website that is on hold by the customer and still incomplete after 60 days will be billed and invoiced at 75% of the total initial quote (minus any deposit already paid). The customer can resume the website design at any time and pay the final 25% when the site goes live.

***We will help you make your site search engine friendly and give you advice on things to do to keep your site in the runnings for good rankings, however we can not guarantee any certain search engine placement or rankings. Search engines index weekly and monthly so site may not be ranked very well when it first launches. If you have questions about SEO, please contact us and we will be glad to talk with you.
